Benadryl for Dogs
Benadryl is a widely used antihistamine that can help mild allergic reactions, itching, motion sickness, and mild anxiety in dogs. It is over-the-counter for humans but should be dosed by a vet for pets.

How it works
Diphenhydramine blocks H1 histamine receptors, reducing allergy symptoms like itching, swelling, and sneezing. Its sedative side effect is why it's sometimes used for mild anxiety.
