The checkbox is unchecked by default and only becomes active after the user chooses to opt in.
Program Description
RexVet sends transactional text messages related to your account and veterinary appointment activity, such as appointment reminders, booking updates, and telehealth session links.
How Consent Is Collected
- During booking, users provide a phone number and check an explicit SMS consent checkbox before completing booking.
- In account settings, users can manage notification preferences, including SMS notifications.
